1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2  business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, delivery method, and destination. You can view shipping costs at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Canada and the united states of America. If your location is not listed, please contact us at jayrozze@gmail.com for assistance.
  • For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

  • For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damage and any relevant packaging.
